Lori Smith

Lori Smith has over 22 years of experience in sales and account management, currently serving as an Associate Analyst at Constellation since November 2018. Prior to this role, Lori was a Sales Manager from July 2018 to November 2018 and spent 22 years at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance as an Agency Sales Manager. In the latter position, Lori successfully led a team of 15-18 sales agents, provided coaching and support to enhance performance, and developed strong relationships with insurance partners. Responsibilities included managing sales metrics, reporting to senior leadership, hiring new sales representatives, and overseeing call center operations, as well as contributing to the launch of security initiatives for client credit card information. Currently, Lori is seeking new opportunities in Sales, Service, or Account Management.
