Nathan Darrow

Nathan Darrow is an experienced professional with a strong background in employee concerns management and safety culture within the nuclear industry, currently serving as Manager for Employee Concerns and Safety Culture Monitoring Programs at Constellation since February 2022. Prior to this role, Nathan spent over a decade at Exelon Nuclear, where responsibilities included managing the Employee Concerns Program and serving as a Corporate Employee Concerns Investigator, focusing on fostering a safety-conscious work environment and investigating safety and quality concerns.
