Neal Dev

Neal Dev is a Control Room Supervisor (SRO) at Constellation, where they perform various on-shift roles, including Control Room Supervisor, Shift Technical Advisor, and Field Supervisor. They previously held positions at Duke Energy Corporation, including Reactor Engineering Intern and Fuel Supply and Spent Fuel Management Intern, where they contributed to significant cost-saving projects and developed automation tools. Neal gained further experience as a Reactor Engineer and Primary Systems Engineer at Dominion Energy. They completed training at Exelon as a Control Room Supervisor (SRO) in Training, and they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences at the University of Michigan.
