Ryan Sims is currently a Senior Manager of Environmental Regulatory Policy at Constellation, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Ryan worked as an Economist with the US EPA from 2013 to 2024, focusing on the Clean Air Markets Division. Earlier in their career, they served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the Corporation for National and Community Service from 2005 to 2006, and gained experience in Environmental Markets at ICF International from 2006 to 2013. Ryan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Villanova University and a Master of Science in Applied Economics at Johns Hopkins University.
