Ryan Stiltner

Ryan Stiltner is a Plant Manager at Constellation's Peach Bottom Clean Energy Center, bringing extensive experience in the utilities industry. Previously, Ryan held various engineering and management roles at Exelon Nuclear, including Director of Organizational Performance and Regulatory, where notable achievements included completing a bi-annual refueling outage in record time and managing a substantial budget. Ryan earned multiple degrees from the University of Delaware, including an MBA and several master's and bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, Ryan continues to enhance operations in the nuclear power sector with a strong focus on engineering management and root cause analysis.
