Tom Powell is a seasoned professional in the nuclear power industry with a focused expertise in regulatory and learning programs. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Regulatory & Learning Programs and Senior Manager of OR Assessor at Constellation since November 2022, Tom integrates extensive site monitoring leadership experience at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant and Limerick Generating Station. Prior to this role, Tom was a Manager of Maintenance Planning at Exelon from April 2009 to April 2014, and held managerial and engineering positions at Peco Energy and United Engineers & Constructors, where Tom contributed engineering and modification support across various nuclear sites. Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and has academic experience from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
