Eric Herrmann is an accomplished finance and acquisitions professional with extensive experience in corporate leadership roles. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager for the Comas Group at FOG, a division of Constellation Software Inc. since January 2025, Eric also holds the position of Acquisition and Integration Officer at Friedman Operating Group since December 2013. In addition, Eric is the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Vela Corporation since June 2015. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Friedman Corporation from October 2002 to December 2013, Chief Financial Officer at Trapeze Group from January 2000 to November 2002, and Chief Financial Officer at Amicus Attorney from October 1997 to December 1999. Eric began a career in finance as a Controller at Tibbett & Britten between 1995 and 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/Tax from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from Western University, along with certification as a Chartered Accountant.
