Jay Hunt graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Ottawa in 2019 and passed the CFA Level 1 Exam in February 2021. They currently serve as a Senior Associate in Corporate Development at Constellation Software Inc., having joined in 2025, and previously held roles as an Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Nova Vida Capital and a Private Equity Analyst at Innsaei Capital. Jay co-founded GrocerU Inc., an online grocery delivery service for students, and held various positions in financial analysis and customer experience throughout their career, including at TD and Clearco.
