Constellation is led from London by former investment bankers Tom Latimour and Sophie Gow. After beginning his career in banking, Tom worked as an investment professional at GIP, one of the world’s leading investors. This gave him deep experience in evaluating businesses, deploying capital, and driving long-term value, skills he now applies on behalf of Constellation’s clients. Sophie’s experience investment banking at ex-Deutsche Bank, Craigs, UK-based technology firm, Acuity, and Corporate Finance at PwC has given her a unique perspective on how a combination of capital and strategic advice can lead to transformational outcomes. Together, Tom and Sophie bring a blend of buy- and sell-side experience, deep financial and strategic expertise, and hands-on operating capability.
