Constellation Wellbeing Ltd is a behavioural healthcare company and the organisation behind Synapse, a service providing structured, clinically supervised Behavioural Health Coaching for young people aged 11–25.
Synapse supports young people whose emotional or behavioural difficulties are affecting daily life, but who may not need — or may not suit — specialist therapy. Many are struggling to cope, waiting for support, or finding it difficult to turn insight into consistent change. Synapse operates in this space, offering proportionate, practical help focused on coping capacity, daily functioning and follow-through.
Coaching is one-to-one, goal-directed and action-focused. The work combines emotional support with practical, skills-based guidance to help young people regulate emotions, rebuild routines, strengthen motivation, and re-engage with school, university, work and relationships.
All work takes place within a clinically supervised framework. Each young person is carefully matched with a professionally trained coach, cases are triaged for suitability, and clear safeguarding and escalation pathways are in place where more specialist care becomes necessary.
Synapse can be used as a stand-alone pathway or alongside therapy, providing additional structure and support to help progress translate into everyday life.
