Brian C. is an experienced professional with a robust background in aerospace and military operations, currently serving as an NC3 Risk Analyst at Constellation West since August 2022. With a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force, Brian C. managed multiple roles, including overseeing E-4B Maintenance Operations Center activities, direct supervision of personnel in Comm/Nav Mission Systems, and leadership in NC3 operations and programs. Brian C. has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and emergency preparedness, in addition to a strong technical understanding of communication and navigation systems.
