Jim Noe

As President of Global Support and Training Operations for Constellis, Jim Noe leads the company's training and mission support lines of business for which he is responsible for all operations and strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, he is one of the nation's leading experts in preparedness training.

Jim previously served as president of his own technology management company, Eon, LLC. Prior to Eon, he served as president of O'Gara Training and Services where he oversaw the acquisition of three companies and their subsequent integrations into one operating division. Jim also served as a program manager for DoS for two years during which he provided chemical and biological terrorism training for the Department of Diplomatic Security, training for the Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program in Manila, and was responsible for the development of training programs for DoS regarding weapons of mass destruction.
