Aman Kshirsagar

Aman Kshirsagar is a Process Development Metallurgist at Constellium since July 2023, focusing on enhancing product capability, performance, and process efficiency through collaboration with plant and R&D teams. Previously, Kshirsagar served as a Materials and Process Engineer Intern at A&B Foundry, where responsibilities included improving foundry processes and preparing casting models. Experience as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at JSW Steel involved process control in the Compact Strip Production caster, while earlier internships at JSW Steel and GKN Powder Metallurgy provided a foundation in research and analysis of materials and metallurgical properties. Kshirsagar holds a Master of Science in Materials Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy & Materials Science from COEP Technological University.
