Aerospace Sales Director, Europe at Constellium

Benoit Desoutter has a diverse range of work experience in the aerospace industry. Benoit started their career as a Commercial & Technical Support Manager for Eurocopter Japan, where they solved technical and commercial issues for Japanese customers. Benoit also played a role in increasing Eurocopter's ownership in the subsidiary. Benoit then worked for Eurocopter / EADS in various roles, including Cooperation Manager for the French/Korean helicopter development program and Strategy Analyst for the French/German cost optimization program. In these positions, they led teams and implemented strategies to improve efficiency and optimize costs. After that, they joined Arkema / Kem One as a Strategy & Business Planning Senior Manager, where they conducted confidential and strategic studies. Benoit then transitioned to Airbus Helicopters as an Area Manager, focusing on offset and international cooperation. Currently, they are working at Constellium as the Aerospace Sales Director for Europe, responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth.

Benoit Desoutter earned a Bachelor's degree in Scientific studies from Lycée Français de Singapour in 2000. Benoit then pursued an MSc in Aeronautic & Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile, completing it in 2006. In 2010, Benoit attended IMD and obtained an MBA in General Management. Prior to their university education, they attended EABJM between 1990 and 1998.
