Buddy Stemple

Buddy Stemple is an experienced executive currently serving as President of Muscle Shoals & Bowling Green at Constellium, starting September 2023. Stemple has been a Director at Pathfinfinder Bank Holding Company since July 2005 and previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Constellium Rolled Products from April 2014 to September 2023, focusing on global supply to the Aerospace and Transportation markets. Stemple also served as Chief Executive Officer at Oman Aluminium Rolling Company, where a new facility commenced operations in 2013, and held various leadership roles at Novelis and Alcan Aluminum, demonstrating a strong track record in operational improvements, supply chain enhancements, and strategic leadership. Stemple holds a Masters in International Management from McGill University, an MBA in Marketing from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
