Ed Saiko

Ed Saiko serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement for North America at Constellium since April 2019. Prior to this role, Ed worked as the Rolling Manager at Aleris, where accomplishments included setting an all-time run rate record in the Hot Mill in 2018. Ed's extensive experience at Alcoa spanned over 23 years, culminating as Rolling Division Manager, overseeing a large workforce and various departments at a significant aluminum fabricating facility. This role followed positions focused on enhancing production and safety performance, including the Aluminum Hot Mill Manager and Production Manager roles, where Ed achieved noteworthy operational improvements. Ed's foundation in Lean Manufacturing stems from years of study in Toyota Production System concepts, coupled with formal education in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.
