Eric Reeves

Eric Reeves is an accomplished professional in the fields of engineering and management, currently serving as the Recycling Technology Leader at Constellium since April 2019. Prior to this role, Eric held several key positions at Novelis, including Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, & Automation (EMRA) Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of engineers and technicians on multiple projects, and as Interim Plant Manager, where daily operations were managed to achieve production and safety goals. Eric's extensive experience also includes significant contributions as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer in various roles, supporting major projects and the design of innovative aluminum casting technologies. Eric's educational background comprises a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Pacific Bible College.
