They began their career in engineering and construction after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Alabama, later enhancing their qualifications with an Associate's degree in Mechanical Design. Floyd has held various roles in notable companies, such as Constellium and Outokumpu, where they have successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects and implemented innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency. Currently, they are focused on enhancing reliability within the Hot Mill area at Constellium, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement in every aspect of their work.
