Jack Guo

Jack Guo serves as the Chief Financial Officer and previously held the position of VP of Business Development and Strategy at Constellium since April 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Director in Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Credit Suisse from October 2013 to March 2017, focusing on the Global Industrials Group with a specialization in Metals & Mining. Jack Guo has also worked in various capacities, including Corporate VP of Finance & Business Unit CFO and Senior Advisor, from November 2008 to September 2013. Additionally, a Vice President role was held at Credit Suisse from July 2001 to October 2008, covering the Global Industrial & Services Group with an emphasis on Automotive and Metals & Mining. Jack Guo is an alumnus of Columbia University.
