John Blazer

John Blazer, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. John began their career at LG Electronics in 2006 as an HR Analyst and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they served as a Corporate HR Specialist at Wise Alloys, LLC. In 2013, they joined Wise Metals Group as a Compensation and Benefits Manager. John then moved on to Constellium in 2014, where they held the position of Human Resources/Labor Relations Manager until 2020. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at Constellium.

John Blazer, SHRM-CP has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Alabama. John also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2015.
