Laura Stepper is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Plant Human Resources Business Partner at Constellium since January 2019, Laura previously worked as an HR Generalist at Faurecia, where participation in a comprehensive HR management trainee program was notable. The program included significant projects in Plant HR, R&D Centre HR, and Group HR Management. Earlier experiences include HR support for Allianz during a master's thesis and talent management efforts, as well as an internship with BMW Group focusing on HR strategy and innovation. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Technische Hochschule Augsburg and two Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Munich and the University of Lincoln, respectively.
