Laurent Laszczyk is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as R&D Group Manager at Constellium C-TEC since March 2012. In this role, Laurent leads a specialized team focused on prototyping, characterization, processing, customer applications, and modeling. Prior to this position, Laurent held roles as R&D Modelling Team Leader, Simulation & Pre-development Engineer, and R&D Engineer, contributing to advancements in automotive applications, particularly in aluminum crash absorption systems and material properties database management. Laurent's educational background includes an engineering degree from École Polytechnique, a Master’s degree from EPFL, and a PhD from Grenoble INP - UGA, specializing in materials and process engineering.
