Martha Brooks

Martha Brooks is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in global manufacturing and philanthropic initiatives. With 25 years at prominent companies such as Cummins, Alcan, and Novelis, Martha has developed strong general management and strategic skills. Currently, Martha serves on several boards, including RMI and Constellium, and is passionate about addressing poverty, particularly issues faced by women and girls. As Martha enters her 38th year of public company board service, they continue to leverage skills gained in the private sector for impactful service in the community.
