Michael Langille

Michael Langille is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in research and development within the transportation and defense sectors. Currently serving as R&D Project Leader and previously holding positions such as Senior R&D Engineer and R&D Engineer at Constellium since April 2019, Langille has contributed to significant advancements in materials science. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Constellium C-TEC and a graduate research assistant position at Queen's University, where expertise in crystal plasticity modeling and industrial program development was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Grenoble INP - UGA, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering and Engineering Physics from Queen's University, respectively. Additional experience includes a role as a Procurement Analyst at RBC, focusing on database management and financial analysis.
