Nathan Fields

Nathan Fields has over 25 years of work experience, with their most recent role as Director of Engineering at Constellium since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Reynolds Consumer Products from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, they held various roles at Mueller Water Products, including Project Manager and Maintenance Manager. Before that, they had a long tenure at United States Steel Corporation, where they held multiple positions such as Area Manager - Reliability Centered Maintenance and Division Manager Sheet Products.

Nathan Fields obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in the years 1992 to 1997. Furthermore, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General at Indiana University Northwest, between 1999 and 2000. Additionally, they have a Professional Engineer License in Indiana.
