Nick Bowers is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a significant history in the aluminum manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Reliability Engineering Director at Constellium since May 2018, Nick oversees operations at the Ravenswood plant, a large facility employing over 1000 people. Prior to this role, Nick worked as the Sr Manager of Aleris Operations System at Aleris from July 2015 to May 2018 and held the position of North American Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability Manager at Novelis between November 2008 and July 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Cooper B-Line and Operations/Plant Manager at EnPro Industries Inc., as well as a Senior Specialist role at DENSO. Nick holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BSME in Mechatronics from Tennessee Technological University.
