Peter Bittner

Peter Bittner is a Senior Standardization Engineer at Constellium, a position held since June 2013, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining material standards and registering new alloys and tempers. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at L&J Technologies from June 2012 to November 2012, where Peter created and maintained bills of materials for industrial storage relief vents and designed new products using 3D modeling software. Peter began a career as a Research Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology from January 2009 to May 2012, focusing on designing apparatuses for experiments and analyzing data related to combusting micro-droplet fuels. Peter holds a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
