Peter Jessner

Peter Jessner is a seasoned metallurgist with extensive experience in materials science and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Metallurgist and Project Engineer for rolled products at Constellium since July 2010, Peter Jessner also oversees microstructure characterisation activities at C-TEC. Prior experience includes roles as an engineer for microstructural characterisation and a teaching and research assistant at INSA Lyon, along with a PhD candidacy at GPM Rouen. Peter Jessner's foundational work in electron microscopy and EBSD at the Erich Schmid Institute and a technical assistant position focused on welding at Graz University of Technology further solidify a robust background in the field. Educational credentials include a PhD in Material Science from Université de Rouen, a Diploma Engineer from Montanuniversität Leoben, and additional studies at Chalmers University of Technology and HTL Leoben.
