Sharon Stephens

Sharon Stephens is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager, currently employed at Constellium since November 2021. With a robust background in quality management, Sharon has previously held similar roles at TI Automotive from May 1995 to November 2021, including positions as Quality Systems Specialist and Production Supervisor. Throughout these roles, Sharon has consistently implemented Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, ensured compliance with external certification standards, and utilized root cause analysis to enhance operational effectiveness. Additionally, Sharon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in 2023.
