Shawn Roscoe

Shawn Roscoe currently serves as APU Manager Finishing at Constellium since April 2023. Previously, Shawn held several leadership roles at AM/NS Calvert from February 2014 to April 2023, including General Manager of the Cold Roll Mill, where responsibilities involved leading a team of 218 members to exceed company targets with a focus on safety, innovation, and sustainability. Other roles at AM/NS Calvert included Area Manager and Team Manager in various Cold Roll Mill operations, emphasizing continuous improvement and team member development. Prior experience includes positions at thyssenkrupp Steel, where Shawn managed electrical maintenance teams, and at United States Steel, where responsibilities involved supervising Cold Reduction electricians. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama in 2006.
