Stephane Corre

Stephane Corre is a seasoned plant manager with over a decade of experience at Constellium, overseeing operations at the Issoire site, which employs 1,600 individuals and specializes in aluminum plate production for the aerospace, transport, industrial, and defense sectors. In the role of Directeur de production, Stephane focuses on operational supervision across various units, including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, process, security, and lean initiatives. Responsibilities include implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance site performance, customer service, product quality, and profitability. Previously, Stephane has held significant positions in production and maintenance management at Alcan, contributing to the successful deployment of lean manufacturing in high-growth environments. Stephane holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, earned between 1993 and 1996.
