Tim Paushel has over four decades of experience in the aluminum industry, currently serving as a retired Engineering Manager at Novelis since January 2020, after a long tenure with the company that began in July 1979. Tim has also held the position of Internal Consultant Engineer at Constellium since November 2014, specializing in cold/hot mill and roll shop innovation, as well as product and quality development for aluminum sheets. Throughout the career, Tim has managed production, maintenance, and engineering operations while overseeing project management and product development initiatives, demonstrating extensive knowledge in machine design and development related to various aluminum products. Tim holds a degree from Fairmont State University, where studies were completed from 1975 to 1979.
