John Dording

John Dording has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John is the President and Co-Founder of Constituo Software LLC since November 2015. In this role, they provide integration products and solutions for higher education systems.

Prior to Constituo Software, John was the Founder and Senior VP/COO of Nolij Corporation, which was acquired by Lexmark International Inc., from 2005 to July 2013.

Before that, they worked at United Technologies - Carrier Corporation as the Chief of Staff in the President's Office in 2004 and as the Director of Operations Finance from 2001 to 2004.

John also served as the Director of Business Analysis & Planning at Honeywell International - Corporate Headquarters from 1999 to 2001 and as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1995 to 1999.

John'scareer started as a Design Engineer at GE - Aircraft Engines from 1990 to 1994.

John Dording completed their education with an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Columbia Business School, from 1994 to 1995. Prior to that, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 1990.
