AVINASH SHUKLA

Avinash Shukla is a Senior Executive at Constl, specializing in Optical Transport Network (OTN) and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technologies, where they focus on network deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
