Neeraj Sonker

Neeraj Sonker has a wealth of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. Neeraj began their career as a Scientist at the Defence Research and Development Organisation before transitioning to the role of System Analyst at the National Informatics Centre. Sonker then joined Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited, where they served as the General Manager for Planning, Roll Out, and O&M of Internet Services. Neeraj played a key role in establishing multiple Points of Presence (PoPs) across India and launching the country's first Internet Services.

Sonker's career in telecommunications continued at Tata Internet Services Limited, where they held the position of VP Networks. Neeraj was responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of industry-specific solutions for financial institutions. Neeraj then joined Tata Communications Ltd. (formerly VSNL), where they served in various leadership roles, including Sr VP & Global Head for Service Assurance, Service Delivery, and Field Operation.

Sonker's extensive experience led him to become the SVP & P&L Head for Managed Services Operation for India at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS). Neeraj facilitated the transition of customer processes and implemented cost management initiatives to ensure process-wise profitability.

Sonker then joined the telecommunications industry's giants, Tata Communications, as CTO & Head CSO(Customer Services Operations) & Network for Tata Teleservices. Following this, they served as EVP & Head (Services and Network Operation Center) at Vodafone Idea Limited.

Most recently, Sonker took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Constl, a group of innovative, technology-driven companies focused on customer experience.

Neeraj Sonker completed their MBA in General Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 1984 to 1988. Neeraj also completed their Intermediate from National Inter College, Ranikhet Uttarakhand through UP Board from 1982 to 1984.
