Jerry Liu

Jerry Liu is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Constrafor since 2025. They previously held the position of SVP Finance at Order from 2021 to 2024 and served as the Sr. Director of Business Planning at DailyPay, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Jerry's extensive background also includes a long tenure as Managing Director at Lazard Asset Management from 2001 to 2018 and early experience as a Financial Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. from 1996 to 1999. They hold an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
