Rob Grimes

Rob Grimes is a distinguished leader in the food and beverage technology sector, holding the positions of Founder and CEO at the International Food and Beverage Technology Association (IFBTA) since May 2014, and Host of the TechBytes Podcast. Grimes also founded and serves as Chairman at ConStrata, and has played a pivotal role in hospitality education as the Chairman of the Technology Advisory Board at Penn State School of Hospitality Management, along with being a National Advisory Board Member at the University of Delaware and an Emeritus National Advisory Board Member at UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality. Previous leadership roles include Founder and Chairman of FSTEC, and Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Sergeant's Fitness Concepts. With a robust educational background in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn State University, Grimes continues to promote technology integration across various segments of the food and beverage industry.
