Bart Paalman has over 25 years of experience in Technology M&A, Growth Strategies, and Venture Capital, operating in various domestic and international markets. Currently, they are a TMT M&A Partner at BDO in Amsterdam, where they help scale-up founder teams and entrepreneurs by defining and executing growth and M&A strategies. Bart co-founded Seasons Capital Partners, a technology-focused corporate finance advisory boutique, and previously led Deloitte's Dutch Technology, Media, and Telecom corporate finance advisory practice. They have successfully closed over 25 tech M&A and Growth Capital transactions in their role at BDO and contributed to numerous advisory engagements throughout their career.
