Richardas Dirgela

Richardas Dirgela is a bilingual professional with a wealth of experience in management and engineering, particularly within shipbuilding, repair, and desiccant dehumidification equipment manufacturing in Lithuania and the United Kingdom. Richardas held various leadership positions, including BID Manager and Technical Project Manager, where they demonstrated expertise in project management, personnel selection, and quality assurance. Currently, Richardas serves as the Head of the Calculation Department at CONSTRO while drawing on a solid educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Transport Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Ship Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Klaipeda.
