Yelena Plotkin

Yelena Plotkin has a strong background in project management and innovation. Yelena is currently working at Constru as an Innovation Lead and SME-Budget and Schedule Expert. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of PMO Department at Tidhar group | קבוצת תדהר for almost ten years. Yelena also worked as a PMO at Tidhar group | קבוצת תדהר from 2008 to 2012. Yelena's early work experience includes a role as a Purchasing Assistant at Enercon Technologies Ltd. from 2005 to 2007.

Yelena Plotkin pursued their education at Ariel University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management with a specialization in Information Systems. Yelena attended this program from 2003 to 2007. Later, Yelena went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at Ariel University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2013.
