Deena Paul is an experienced professional in instructional design and engineering, currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Construct Education since November 2020. Deena applies knowledge in Learning and Development (L&D) to enhance digital learning experiences and designs technology-enabled educational processes. Prior experience includes roles as an Energy Engineer and Training and Development Engineer at Ensight Energy Solutions from February 2016 to September 2019, focusing on the planning and delivery of training programs. Deena also worked as a Technical Writer and Editor at Sparrow Research and Industrial Consultants from April 2014 to December 2015. Deena holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
