Denice Pitt is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the education and services sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Online Education Services (OES) since July 2011, Denice has fostered partnerships with universities and training institutions to enhance online and blended learning solutions. In addition to the CEO role, Denice holds multiple non-executive director positions including those at Construct Education, RACV, Firbank Grammar School, and Studiosity. Previous experience includes serving as President of Aegis Services Australia and CEO of UCMS GROUP PTY LTD. Denice's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Management from RMIT University and completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
