Michelle Lubbe

Michelle Lubbe is an experienced professional in operations and recruitment, currently serving as Data and Operations Manager and previously as Talent and Operations Manager at Construct since November 2019. Prior to this role, Michelle was an Independent Recruitment Consultant from June 2017 to November 2019 and held various positions in human resources and administration, including Human Resource Coordinator at SucceedGroup and Recruitment Manager at Spencer Rogers Recruitment Consultants. Michelle has also worked as a Junior Lecturer at Pneumatix and gained experience in educational settings as a System and Office Administrator at Carpe Diem Academy.
