Tania ASSI-KACOU is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of real estate and construction law. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Services at Groupe Constructa since October 2020, Tania previously held the position of Legal Manager at Nexity, where responsibilities included managing private and public market contracts, urban planning, real estate promotion, and related litigations. Prior roles include Legal Manager for real estate at ORPEA - CLINEA, and a Legal Manager and Construction Lawyer at Châteauform' France. Tania began their legal career as a Real Estate Lawyer at ORPEA - CLINEA. Academic qualifications include a Master II in Real Estate and Construction Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, a Master II in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Pau and Adour Countries, and a Licence in Real Estate Law from Université Montesquieu, ICH Bordeaux.
