Rhys Pugh (Cert CII)

Rhys Pugh (Cert CII) has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently holding the role of Sales Manager and Business Manager at Moorhouse Group since January 2012, while also serving as Business Manager for Insurance at constructaquote.com during the same period. Overseeing a team of 20 sales agents, Rhys is responsible for driving performance, managing KPIs, and enhancing relationships with aggregator partners through strategic analysis. Prior to these roles, Rhys worked as Insurance Manager at Swinton Insurance from January 2008 to December 2011, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of commercial and personal lines insurance clients and facilitating new business sales. Rhys is an alumnus of St Cenydd Comprehensive School.
