Proud founders of the Cambridge Construction Consortium, our vision is to enable a sustainable pipeline of skilled people that accelerates the growth of industry and supports communities for generations to come.

THE CHALLENGE

The critical Global Skills Gap is impacting virtually every Industry, and the Construction Industry is not immune to this challenge. With an estimated skills shortage of circa 250,000 people required over the next 10 years', achieving the Governments target of building 1.5m low carbon, new homes, is under threat.

At Constructed Pathways, we believe the answer lays in bringing together the right people, at the right time to collaborate and bring new and creative ideas that ensure we overcome these barriers to growth.
