Currently serving as the Business Development and Strategic Sales leader at Constructel Visabeira, Luís has previously held significant roles, including General Manager at Constructel GmbH and Direction of International Training Center at Siemens IC Portugal. With a strong focus on organizational development, talent management, and strategic sales, Luís excels in multicultural team settings and promotes corporate social responsibility. They hold a Pós-Graduação em Marketing from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and an Engineering degree in Telecommunications from ISEL.
