Sylvain DESENCLOS

Sylvain DESENCLOS has extensive experience in customer service and sales, having worked in various roles across multiple companies. At Maison Thiriet from 2011 to 2014, Sylvain served as a field sales representative responsible for sector management and rural delivery of frozen products. From September 2017 to August 2020 at Coriolis Service, Sylvain progressed from a customer service advisor to a team leader, overseeing a team, enhancing productivity, and ensuring quality compliance with ISO-9001 standards. Following this, Sylvain held two positions at Constructel from August 2020 to February 2022, first as a customer experience manager, achieving significant customer satisfaction milestones, and then as a subcontracting manager, managing partnerships across multiple departments and focusing on procurement and contractual compliance. Sylvain holds a Baccalauréat professionnel in commerce and a Level II Team Leader certification from PROMEO Formation.
