Hans Zwiep

Hans Zwiep is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a process manager for construction costs and planning at Constructif since June 2018. Zwiep also holds a position as a board member at Zon op Zuidplas. As an accredited expert in energy labels for residential construction with Bouw5D, Zwiep specializes in advising on the improvement of energy performance in homes. Additionally, Zwiep has been a guest lecturer in Cost Engineering at De Haagse Hogeschool since August 2011. Previous roles include cost expert and head of estimation at various companies, leading teams in cost calculation and project development. Zwiep's educational background includes a diploma in Architectural Engineering from HTS Bouwkunde and a diploma in Construction from MTS Bouwkunde.
