Matt McDaniel has grown up with Pavement Surface Control and learned the business from the ground up. He became a full time employee after graduating from Southridge High School. Matt is responsible for estimating, supervising, and overseeing their construction projects throughout Washington state. His knowledge and expertise in highway signing and concrete median barrier have promoted Pavement Surface Control to an industry leader.
